Refund policy

At ColdWarOutfitters.com we do not offer any returns, refunds, or exchanges for wrong size items. All clothing chosen by ColdWarOutfitters.com is true to fit. We also provide a sizing chart at the bottom of each product page. The customer is responsible with ensuring the size they order is accurate. All items must be returned unworn and unwashed (per our discretion).

Sale Items are also non-refundable.

For all other issues our / refund / exchange policy is as follows;

the customer must notify ColdWarOutfitters within 30 days of delivery, and will be handled on a case by case basis. If a return is required the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. If an order is returned due to any reason, except for manufacturing defect, the customer will be refunded the purchase amount minus the shipping fee. The refund will be issued after we have received the item. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the address provided can receive packages.
